I found this song while watching “The Last O.G.” on TBS. First of all, “The Last O.G.” is the best show that you’re not watching. It is funny. Tiffany Haddish shines in this series! She looks gorgeous, her style is on point and her character is married to a white man who has adopted her Black kids from her drug dealing boyfriend.
It’s comedy gold.
And for all the die-hard Jordan Peel fans, I bet y’all didn't even know that “The Last O.G.” was co-created by Peele.
I digress.
Besides being funny AF, “The Last O.G.” has a dope soundtrack.
“Legend” by Daemon featuring Baxli has an infectious beat that is perfect the upcoming summer months. Think listening to it while your driving to a day party or pre-gaming with your girls. I can’ find any info about Deamon and he only has about 4,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
Who is he and where did he come from? I have no idea but I appreciate “The Last O.G.” putting me on.
